Why PhlOneiron collects and uses this information
PhlOneiron uses this data to:
- Send marketing information to those subscribed to our mailing lists including but not limited to updates on our products and reviews of products of interest by other parties;
- Communicate with testers about the feedback that they have provided to us;
- Undertake market research to better understand our target audience;
- Deliver products to customers;
- Undertake roll-out plans, shipping and cost estimates using any country information.

PhlOneiron holds personal data on the following platforms:

- Brevo (Privacy Policy)
- Microsoft Products including OneDrive and Outlook (Privacy Policy)
- Google Online Forms (Privacy Policy)
- Google Mail
- Firewall protected computers
Access to these platforms is limited to PhlOneiron company employees and contractors. Access is restricted on a need-to-know basis, with confidentiality contracts in place with all those who have access to it.
Who PhlOneiron shares this information with
In general, PhlOneiron does not share any personal information with third parties. We may process anonymised data for use in blog articles (e.g., country of residence), training data, market research, or publish quotes. We will always seek permission to use any data that is not anonymised or that could be traced back to an individual.
Why PhlOneiron shares information
PhlOneiron will only share personal data with our partners for product development purposes and provision of our service. In all other circumstances, written consent will always be sought before disclosing information that could be traced back to an individual. Anonymised data may be used for articles, R&D, product improvements, AI training, and marketing.
